Our commitment is to ensure the quality of your purchase; we are giving a lifetime free warranty on every
product with manufacturing defects at the time of order delivery. We stand behind every product that we
sell and offering lifetime repair and maintenance.
This warranty is not applicable to all products, only on selected merchandise. If you believe the product
has manufacturing defect, we will accept the return for inspection. If the inspection team determines
the item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item, if we deem appropriate. If any
under certain cases the return item is out of stock, we will exchange it with like-kind or the amount
equivalent to purchased item will be refund. We also offer free shipping for all the warranted products.
If the returned product is not with manufacturing defect, we will repair the product for you, and we will
notify the repair fee is for free or chargeable before repair gets started. In addition to that we offer
complimentary services like cleaning, Re-polishing, stone/diamond tightening for lifetime. Our
inspection team will help your item to prevent the stone loss and extends the item life. This cleaning
and inspections are free of cost.
Note:Especially with colored gemstones there will be slight variations in natural
characteristics, internal inclusions are individual and unique to each product. These characteristics
are not considered as defects, these are part of the item character.
Terms and Conditions
The warranty will be void in case if any above mentioned services
of the item will be performed by someone rather than our team.
The Lifetime merchandise warranty and services are available only
to the customer who purchased in our website.
We are subjected to not provide any warranties for the items which
are damaged due to normal wear, in case of loss of product, or stones or theft.
Loss incurred from failing to obtain repairs imperative to preserve
the integrity of the product is not covered.
