Learn About Lab Grown Diamonds
We are bringing our customers lab grown diamonds created with love.
What, How and Why?
Lab Grown Diamonds are also called as Manmade Diamonds, Synthetic Diamonds and Lab created diamonds. These are made of the similar material as natural diamonds – pure carbon, extreme high temperature and pressure, high brilliance and fire.
The only difference between lab grown and natural diamonds is its origin. A lab grown diamond is ‘grown’ inside a lab using cutting-edge technology. This technology is a duplicate growing process to the natural diamond growing process. This duplicate environmental condition is highly controlled and advanced. Lab grown diamonds exhibit the same physical, chemical, and visual characteristics as natural diamonds, and display the same fire, scintillation, and radiance. These are not fake diamonds; these are similar to cultural diamonds. Only an expert under specialized equipment can differentiate the natural and lab grown diamonds.
We all know that natural diamonds are mined and formed under extreme pressure and temperature conditions from the earth’s mantle. Like exactly lab grown diamonds were also made in similar environmental conditions but in laboratory. Lab created diamonds follows these processes – HPHT (High Pressure and High Temperature) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition).
HPHT (High Pressure and High Temperature): In this diamond is formed from a small seed, this tiny seed is placed into carbon. The seed is further exposed to high temperature and high pressure using a belt press or cubic press or split-sphere press manufacturing processes. The pure carbon melts and starts to form a diamond around the starter seed. After that it cooled down carefully to form a pure carbon diamond.
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition): In this the diamond begins as a thin piece of diamond seed, which is often an HPHT, produced diamond. The seed is placed in a carbon gas filled chamber and heated to high temperature. The pure carbon sticks to the diamond seed and gradually crystallizes.
Lab Grown Diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds. Now-a-days the lab diamonds are increasingly being used to make extraordinary pieces of jewelry. The benefits of lab grown diamonds are:
Lab diamonds are very eco friendly, which means mining free. For this no mining is done, so there is no chance for land to disturb.
Lab diamonds are purer than the natural diamonds, because these are made by professionals under cautiously controlled conditions. So these are dirt free and have fewer defects in crystal structure.
Lab diamonds have clean historical background and a traceable source. However we all are very well know the struggle behind the diamond mining.
Lab diamonds are budget friendly; we get various color diamonds in affordable price.
Lab diamonds have same magnificence and quality as mined diamonds, where as lab-grown colored diamonds are pure, steady in color and easy to find.
The certification process is same for lab grown and mined diamonds. The diamond grading procedure is approximately similar for all of the diamond certification labs. In the lab each diamond is graded separately by numerous gemologists. All individual grades are compiling and analyzed to determine the final grade. Above all we want our customers to be happy and confident with their purchase, so don’t hesitate to ask questions in order to discover the finest lab-created diamonds for your engagement ring or jewelry. Our lab created diamonds are available in an extensive range of colors with affordable prices. Cultured diamonds are also available in rare, fancy colors, including vivid fancy yellow.

When you acquire a conflict-free diamond, it means it is free from environmental and societal harm.
How We Follow Conflict Free Diamond Policy?
We know about the zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. To prevent the illegal trading and purchasing of diamonds, there is an international process called Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process is a policy that controls the rough diamonds trading. The main aim of this process is to prevent conflict diamonds flow and helps to protect the legal trade in rough diamonds. In other words, it is a tracking process for diamonds from mining to market. All our purchased diamonds are from the most trusted and the largest suppliers, who like us, proudly adhere to and impose the values established by the Kimberley Process and they are warranted to be ‘conflict free’. We won’t encourage our suppliers in any violation of that process; if we ever found such actions, we would immediately sever that affiliation. We won’t stop our support and promotion towards any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.
