What is your 30-days return policy?

If you happen to be not 100% satisfied with the order you received upon delivery, we are providing a free 30 days return policy for our customers. We only accept returns only if the product is same as shown in the website with all the supported paperwork.

What excluded from 30-days return policy?

Carved rings may be returned for credit, but the fee will not be refunded. The removal of added carving from any exchanged or resized ring is free from additional carving fee. If you prefer any resizes on customized products or selected products the fee may be vary. Special orders are non-returnable.

Can I get an update once the return is processed?

Yes. Once the return is received you'll get a conformation e-mail from us. For returned items, we'll send you an e-mail with a shipping confirmation on the day it ships without any delay. If you want any rush returns or any further queries regarding this please contact us.

Can my diamond ring be resized?

We are providing free resizing or any type of alterations of rings within the first year, we only ask our customers to take responsibility for return shipping.

What includes and excludes from your refund policy?

Returned products will be tested by our Quality team to check the condition of the product. If any changes in the product or fail in inspection the refunds will be given according to the company norms. The entire process will take approximately 5-7 days. Refunds will be done by the way of online transactions with in the 5-10 working days of the receipt of the product. In case any coupons or vouchers are used during original purchase, the refund amount will be deducted equivalent to the offer amount got through coupons or vouchers.

Can I exchange the item?

If you wish to exchange the item, in case the value of the exchanged product is higher than the price of the old product, customer should pay the amount difference between the old and new.
